Cheap speakers
I had hissing coming out of the center speaker and the surround speakers. I had 2 people on tech support try to fix it and they couldn't.

Aside from that, the subwoofer is trying to compensate for the lack of good speakers.

The back of the system has pretty much no inputs -- don't expect to use it as a receiver.

Finally, the "wireless" should be called semi-wireless. The back speakers both need to be wired to a hub which then talks to the main unit.

Nice sound but exagerated power output and complicated remote
This is a very nice system, but I would expect it shake stuff on my shelves if it actually had the power output Panasonic claims it does! No way! My 125 watt RMS home receiver puts this thing to shame at about 1/4 volume. I'm not happy with the power output. But the bass is awesome! In fact sometimes too awesome! The remote is a little too complicated at times, and it seems I have to reset all the sound settings every time I play a movie. I do like how it makes my TV sound. Haven't tried .... Read more

Great budget system
Aesthetically pleasing in every way. Sound quality is the best in it's price bracket. Functions available from the unit are plentiful, although it's user interface is very and not terribly intuitive. Only supports a single digital output, so my only bad report is due to my own lack of understanding beforehand - meaning I have to switch my optical audio from PS3/360/DVR physically when I use them. .... Easy installation
This system has a very nice sound and will compliment any living room without overwhelming it. My main deciding factor for purchasing this system was the wireless rear speakers. Although they are not totally wireless, it is still an easy & clean install. All you have to do is plug in the wireless module to an electrical outlet behind the couch and then your speaker wires will run from the module to the speakers.
