1200 Watts Of Pure Energy!! Yeah!!!
It didn't take long for me to become satisfied with this purchase. The price was remarkable when I purchased it (under $400) in October '08. Come the first week in January I see the same model for $700 + in my Sunday sales papers. On account of that alone, you cannot beat getting it from Amazon.
The overall shipping experience was okay. As far as shipping time goes, it came before I knew it. I did not appreciate the fact that one of the corners on the large box was damaged. Whateve .... Read more

Great for gaming!! Xbox 360 and Playstation 3
Amazing sound and fantastic price. You can not find a 7.1 ch with HDMI ports for cheaper. It puts you right in the action for gaming. The base is super powerful makes you feel the explosions and low rumbles in games and movies. The only down side that I could find is that if you use the HDMI ports you will also need to use a separate optical or coax audio cables as well for each HDMI you use. The HDMI ports on the onkyo receiver will not carry the audio signals they only carry the video sig .... Read more
